W-Counts provides personal habit, planning, and reflection tools. You are responsible for the information you enter and for decisions you make using the app.
Purchase and license
Version 1.0 is a one-time paid App Store download. Apple processes the purchase and any eligible refund under its terms. W-Counts contains no subscription, in-app purchase, external paid unlock, or recurring charge. Your purchase grants a limited personal license subject to the App Store rules, including any device or Family Sharing use Apple permits.

W-Counts records and summarizes information you enter. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass its security controls, or use it to create or distribute unlawful or harmful content. Version 1.0 does not require or enable an online account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You direct the app to store and process that content in local app storage only to provide the features you use. W-Counts 1.0 does not receive that content unless you deliberately include it in a support email.
Availability
W-Counts may evolve and may occasionally be unavailable. Device exports are recommended before clearing app storage or changing devices.
Ending use
You may stop using W-Counts at any time or permanently reset device data from the Profile screen. These terms are governed by applicable law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
